About

Spiritual Companioning:

I invite you to explore and deepen your sense of the spiritual by engaging in the practice of spiritual companioning. Meeting for an hour once per month, our time together provides you with an opportunity to contemplate how the Divine might be moving in your life. My role is to listen to you and to help you discern where Spirit might be speaking or calling to you, and to support you on your journey.

Where is the Divine present in your day-to-day experiences, and in your yearnings? What is it that is stirring in your heart? What, at a deep level, matters most to you in your life? Where do you feel that you are being pulled? And how might you better listen to, and be present to, your inner guidance?  Connecting with your sacred self can help lead you to a fuller, more authentic life.

Spiritual companioning can be appropriate for spiritual seekers who are, or are not, affiliated with any religious tradition.  My approach is not tied to any particular religious belief. My only agenda is to accompany you on your journey, and to be present to what is important to you.

If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to me via the Contact page. We can arrange a time to get together, and you’ll have an opportunity to see if Spiritual Companioning is right for you.

About Me:

I received my training in Spiritual Companioning from The Claret Center in Chicago, subsequent to completing a Master of Arts degree at Chicago Theological Seminary. After having worked for nearly 30 years in the corporate sphere I pursued the MA degree because I felt moved to deepen my knowledge and understanding of the spiritual and religious worlds. A lover of the beauty of creation, I find sustenance and spiritual renewal through time spent out-of-doors, and through spiritual practices. My desire to be closer to the mountains brought me from Chicago to Colorado in 2017. In addition to providing Spiritual Companioning, I sit on the boards of Chicago Theological Seminary (a progressive and socially-minded school of theology), and Renewal In The Wilderness (an organization that guides wilderness encounters to cultivate cultures of compassion). Locally, I attend the Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder, and volunteer regularly with OASOS, an organization that provides support to LGBTQ youth in Boulder County.
